Exposing kids to the benefits of fitness training with an element of fun using obstacle based training.
-Keeps kids active, the more active they are, the better their academic success.
-A general fitness program gives kids a broad base of fitness which will only make them stronger athletes in their sport.
-Develop assertiveness, a positive attitude toward challenges, self-confidence, resilience, responsibility and teamwork.
