Keeps kids active, the more active they are, the better their academic success.
A general fitness program gives kids a broad base of fitness which will only make them stronger athletes in their sport.
Develop assertiveness, a positive attitude toward challenges, self-confidence, resilience, responsibility and teamwork.
The program runs every six weeks:
Tuesday & Thursday
Ages 5-8 (4:30 to 5:00PM)
Ages 9-12 (5:15 to 6:00PM)
$99 - Non-members
